What counts as a unit?
A unit counts when it is under management in Matrikel, whether it is let or vacant. The price follows the size of the portfolio, not the occupancy.
Is bookkeeping really included?
Yes. Double-entry bookkeeping, receipt handling, bank reconciliation and SAF-T export are part of the core platform. There is no bookkeeping module to buy on top.
Is there a fixed platform fee or setup fee?
There is no fixed platform fee. Onboarding, notice terms and any separate delivery are agreed before you start, so nothing sits in fine print.
What about very large portfolios?
Very large portfolios are agreed directly with us. Book a demo and we take that conversation on your own numbers.
Can we take our data with us if we stop?
Yes. You can always take your data and books with you in an auditor-friendly format, including SAF-T. Your data remains yours.
